Their wall-mounted design makes them ideal for professional cooking lines where steam, grease vapours, heat and odours must be removed efficiently during daily operation.

The hood body is manufactured entirely from stainless steel AISI 304, offering strong resistance to humidity, grease, cleaning chemicals and intensive professional use. The construction includes dedicated slots for stainless steel hood filters, helping retain grease particles before they enter the ventilation ductwork and supporting a cleaner, more stable extraction system.

Depending on the kitchen layout and airflow requirements, these rectangular hoods can be manufactured with 1, 2 or 3 exhaust outlets. OLEONIDAS also provides custom production according to the exact dimensions of your workspace, making each hood suitable for new kitchen installations, renovation projects and upgraded ventilation systems. Upon request, different AISI stainless steel grades and metal thickness options can be selected, giving professionals greater control over durability, specification and final price.
