Gas Deep Fryer 10L+10L Double Tank

The Commercial Gas Deep Fryer 10L+10L Double Tank is designed for restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets, cafés, catering companies and commercial kitchens requiring reliable, high-capacity frying equipment.

Its dual independent frying tanks allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously with separate temperature control. Operating from 110°C to 190°C through 7 adjustable heating levels, it delivers consistent frying performance for French fries, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables and frozen foods.

The Cold Zone Frying Tank collects food particles below the cooking area, helping keep the oil cleaner and extending its usable life. An internal guide fin promotes continuous oil circulation for more even heat distribution.

Recommended oil-level markings and integrated oil drain valves simplify operation and maintenance, while a backup safety thermostat automatically interrupts operation if the primary thermostat fails.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel with stainless steel burners, this CE-certified fryer is compatible with LPG (Propane) and Natural Gas, delivering durability, excellent performance and competitive price for continuous professional use.
